Jeremy Balfour MSP has travelled through to the City of Glasgow College today for a Skills Commission panel discussion.
Jeremy says:
"Ensuring an innovative and pro-active skills system is vital, especially when it comes to supporting our SMEs to drive growth and employment. I look forward to reading the conclusions from the FETL funded Skills Commission inquiry and seeing what Scotland can learn from, or teach, other parts of the United Kingdom, when their report is published in October.
It was good to meet Neil Bates, Skills Commission LIFES inquiry Chair, and Principal and CEO of PROCAT College, and Shona Struthers, CE, Colleges Scotland."
